Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

Customer Responsibilities

- Provide access to your vehicle at the scheduled time and location.
- Ensure your vehicle is in a location suitable for detailing (e.g., flat, safe, and away from traffic).
- Inform us of any specific concerns or areas that require special attention before the service begins.
Satisfaction Guarantee
We strive to ensure the highest level of satisfaction with every service. If you are not satisfied with the results of your detailing, please notify us within 24 hours of service completion. We will make every effort to resolve the issue by re-performing the service or offering other solutions, at our discretion.
